I think i was a pretty typical boy in most ways. Unfortunately, my mother resented me. So i got hit a lot. I’ve always been smart, so i probably would have been a good kid if i knew the rules. But i was never told the rules. I learned what not to do by getting hit. To some extent, that mostly just taught me to not get caught. Ell oh ell!

I think I'm a pretty good kid. My mom is so controlling and when I was younger I would do anything she asked but I'm in my rebellious phase and starting to grow distant. When I say controlling I mean "controlling". My parents don't really understand me but I guess they think I'm ok most of the time.

My brothers and I were just normal kids, certainly not bad, but my parents didn't love me personally. Don't ask me why: even now I'm still wondering what happened in their head to make children and not offering them love and attention, which by the way is the worst way to raise them.

While I grew up in the middle of the most drug abusing generation this country has ever produced, my mother seemed genuinely disturbed when she found out that I, at the age of 23, drank coffee.

I was pretty good, good to my parents and they thought I was good. I used to get into a lot of fights in elementary and middle school, a couple in high school. They were not happy about thatbbut usually didn't give me too much hell, because it was mostly just fighting back against the bullies. A lot of little white trash bastards that came out of my town. Smoked a lot of weed in high school and took some acid a few times. That's about it

I was a really good kid, also in my teens but my mom and ex stepfather would always act like I was the black sheep and such a bad teen and so awful etc. .. (I basically stayed home, read a lot of books, was on 9gag and played the sims)

I was definitely a brat at times. But overall my parents stood their ground and weren’t afraid to put me in my place. They raised me into a decent human being I would like to think.
