"How is your bird" talking about me

Is it bad thing

In Uk is just a slang, but i also learned that when the "best friend" has "interest" in you, could use same slang, or he could be single and he got his eyes on you...🤷‍♂️

Over here 'bird' is just a common term for girlfriend.
Similar to if you'd call someone your 'other-half' or 'my girl' etc.
