my bully tormented me for years and I wished she would have a miserable life because of how she treated me I said a few years from now you'll get your karma too and it came true. A few years after (after 3 years ) she got lung cancer did I cause that? Or is that just karma?

Okay, you are trying to tell me that your wish had some kind of direct telepathic affect on your bullies misfortune later in life? Wish and karma are opposites. Karma is getting exactly what is deserved while wish implies no way of knowing if bully will get it.

Yes. She bullied me in 2020 and 2 years later she died. I said someday you'll get karma too and all of a sudden she got lung cancer. But she really is chainsmoker Im just wondering cuz she smokes like my uncle but suddenly her health declines and my uncle is fine today...
