I'd be happy and worried about my wife/girlfriend's health. Then I'd start thinking about jow we're going to need to overhaul the way we live because that shit will be expensive. Then I'd start thinking about what we'll need and who's relatives are healthy enough to help out with babysitting and suggest we move closer to them.
