To me (rather indirectly), my brother (who is not even a teenager yet) has already showed signs that he is "in the closet." He denied being gay, but his hidden emotions and outright behaviors (according to both himself and his friends) have clearly shown otherwise. They're all trying so hard to hide it from his dad.

My brother may not be gay, but he sure isn't straight like I am. My mom said one year ago, she expects both of us to have babies with our wives. My stepdad is prejudiced (usually doesn't like his kid hearing about LGBTQ+, Black History, or issues related to such), but thank God he is not outright homophobic or racist (i. e., doesn't teach him stuff like "[these people] will burn in Hell" or "[those people] are subhuman/animals"). That said, my brother does use slurs sometimes; though I don't think he gets them exactly from his dad (my stepdad used to call his friends the n-word though; but he stopped doing that for some reason... like a long time ago).

I'm in deep fear that my younger brother will become a "spiritual successor" to Christian Walker.

It's a really weird conclusion, but politics and behaviors do often correlate. I wrote to my dad on Facebook everything that I wrote in my "first" post on here and all he did was reply to me with a black man shooting his shot basketball GIF and saying have a great day and that he loves me... Empathetic gaslighting much?

Sometimes my dad is more of a deadbeat than my stepdad. But he doesn't act as blunt most of the time. He was very blunt when I was a kid and sometimes strict, but I don't think he was on the same level as my stepdad.

Why doesn't my bio-dad take me seriously when I tell him the behaviors of my mom and stepdad?

I get that you don't really like your parents, step-parent, or get along well with your younger brother, but as far as I can tell you're all kinda shitty. Yeah, your parents are American conservatives buying into the christian nationalist pipeline a little bit, they're easily manipulated by media. We're all easily manipulated like that. It's fine to disagree with them and I agree that you, as their eldest child, shouldn't be picking up the parenting slack but it also sounds like you're just looking for reasons to be angry. If that's the case, absolutely be angry, scream at the top of your lungs, find stuff you can break, punch a pillow, let loose, but knowing who's the biggest piece of shit in your house isn't really going to change anything. Internet validation can only go so far in your life.

My Father was always the crap of the house. He was in a very high profile position and got busted with a office personnel giving him blow job. 6 months before 20 years, he was fired. My Dad sleeps upstairs and he's been in a dry spell etc...
