Yes I'm talking to a young woman right now about her relationship challenges, been talking for years. I understand her issues/challenges very well, but it is hard for people to change and navigate, takes time. I think in terms of "what value do I have to offer a person" and attempt to do that in daily life. When you meet real people that have common or complementary life experiences, there's a lot of value to exchange.

Great song, I enjoyed Blondie songs as a kid, but didn't understand them and thought her a bit odd. She was, she was drugged out and not comfortable being on stage. As I learned more, I became impressed with whom she is and the bands talents. The drummer was scary...

And on that note, so are some Gaggers I generally wouldn't bother talking to, primarily because they are an energy drain. Choose wisely.

I met my wife on GAG several years ago, I enjoyed the communication in writing with her, her questions, we went to message, then to phone, eventually we "took the plunge" and met in person. You can usually tell whom is a "real" person and whom you'd want nothing to do with, but it's certainly an adventure! So we talk all the time since we are together now, we both made substantial live changes, and I enjoy talking with her... we are living a good life!

I don't consider it a dating sight, but for those looking, I'd keep my eyes open. For women, I'd be smart, and no way would I let a child out here.

I've messaged others extensively, and I'd talk with others, whom are real people, when there's a purpose/value. It's clear that communicating on this site is often times, contentious and counter productive. I often think "disagreements online" need to be taken to a different forum, like zoom. This is a terrible place to have opinions and expect any changes. There's no substitute for verbal communication and ultimately meeting someone in real life.

I still learn, think of fun questions, and can introduce God/Christ into thoughts... which helps me think through it as well. I like to find people with emotional challenges I can help them get past, that's most rewarding for me.
I moved long ways to be with her, so this remains a social outlet for me to think and be creative. It's been a slow process making new close friends.
In a lot of ways... GAG is a waste of time I need to stop "cold turkey":)
