If my mom dies - I will be said over the relationship I lost and the relationship I never had but I will not be upset she died. She was an abusive mother and wants my dad to leave me out of the will but she is dying from Alzheimer's right now.

I'll be devistated when my mother dies but I don't think much will change for me when my father dies.

Unless I somehow die before they do, I can’t imagine not feeling terribly sad and lost.

I was sad when my Dad died, and I didn't even like him.

Of course, went through it three times within a few years. Now it's just my Dad left. Once he is gone, that just leaves me and my sister.
