So some of it is the infertility and money part but Its mainly because there is no support for moms anymore. There are no longer good fathers and also no village to help care for the kids, lots of hate towards moms/babies in public so why would women even bother having kids in a world where they know they won't be supported?

Oof, that is not a component I've really considered. When I think back, most women whose "family" I met didn't have any connection with their dad. My first reaction is to say it was never something that affected me... but the only relationship I've had that resulted in kids was also with a woman who had both parents.
Maybe there was some component that lead towards instability or cheating without both parents in the picture. I have no way of knowing what the situation of women who I only had casual relationships was as I never asked, and if it ever came up I don't remember.

I would agree about the technology, and that there are far more shallow relationships.
Part of that fault lies with parents though. I don't want my kids playing video games all day, so I don't let them play video games all day and take them out to the lake, park, keep memberships rolling at the zoo, aquarium and what not.

More realistically people aren't willing to work together to have a family. Me and my wife had to work together to buy our house, always have paid off cars rather than a note, have our savings flush, as well as growing savings for our kids.
I've never tried to pressure her to quit her job and just stay at home. It takes resources, time, and attention from both of us.
If we were waiting for her to make enough to have a family, it wouldn't happen, and if it depended on my income solely, she'd have to quit her job.

Compare that to the standard of living in the 1980’s where my parents who were 26 and 28 respectively were able to afford not only a house and a child, but moving on to a new neighborhood and a second child with one stay-at-home parent and one providing the income. Yes, it was very hard work and I have no doubt they had struggles I was never aware of, but finances are not what they used to be, especially for the millennial generation which has experienced 3 economic crises in their lifetime and cause them to push things back despite working hard to get to a place where they can feel comfortable starting a family. Not everyone is willing to go into debt to make life.

Again, your mom was willing to quit work. I can make 3 times as much as my wife when I do shift work, though the chemical plants are further away, and with the hours she needs to be at home to watch the kids.
Every time I've done it she breaks down. It doesn't work with this marriage, even though she's one of the more submissive women I've been with. Moving closer to a plant would be even easier, and typically there are towns at a safe radius with good schools too.
Rather I work crap jobs in QA/QC for local governments instead. Just to keep those 9-5 hours.
I don't think that the standard of living has shifted enormously, rather what people are willing to do to get by has shifted enormously. Men aren't willing to work as hard, and women aren't willing to support them, as well as the other way around.
If it was reversed where she had that opportunities and I needed to suck it up, cook all the meals and clean, I'd do it. That's buy a new house with cash every other year money. Then the rent from them stacks up to retire in a decade.

For most people it is an attitude problem though. "I won't work those hours" "That company is too far away". Work at sewerage treatment plants pays high, but few people apply when there are constant openings. The upwards mobility is also excellent as the benefits clear out everyone at the top every 20 years.
The education requirements are zero as well. That's sticking with the 9-5 route, and the starting pay is about 80k in an area with a standard of living where 50-60k is decent.
Certainly there are many problems that cannot be changed by approaching your problems from a different angle, but those aren't what plague most people. It's the "I can't" mentality, not a missing leg, or hospitalized family. I'd say felony, but that is a conscious choice, as well as the choice to not save up and get it wiped later.
I get it if you have higher priorities than money, but I don't care if it doesn't give the best impression. You simply have higher priorities than making cash, and it's why there isn't any.

On average, certainly if you make work and turning over cash your prerogative, you will be successful, though you may not be a millionaire, you'll at least turn over 100k a year even in your 20s, even with a HS diploma if you just keep pushing.
I wanted to take care of my grandma, but she gets nervous around the kids because of the alzheimers, forgetting their names, not being able to play with them and what not. So that part of the house is now a guest room, and she's in a nice home. She helped me and my wife immensely when we first got married.

Also since men are waiting until they're older to have kids, there's a yearly decrease in testosterone and sperm past the age of 30 as well. I think that's a separate, and honestly statistically insignificant issue. While the amount of trans have been increasing, those who pursue the hormones and surgery are typically less than 1% of the total population (though higher if just looking at youth). From people I've known who kept their kids, but bought alcohol, smokes, new cars and video games before securing food, clothing, and shelter for their family. They liked the idea of having a family, but not the actuality of having to maintain having a family.

Having a baby is free unless ironically you qualify by income to be lower middle class or higher AND already have insurance. Pregnant women can get WIC and medicaid started immediately. The process is faster than when someone finds out they have cancer.
That won't cover rent after you get out of the hospital, but that's food and medical right off the bat for a couple years. It isn't a good plan, but that is the support program you're speaking of, all fertility treatments tend to be out of pocket.
My wife had some minor issues, but even getting my swimmers tested as part of that process was out of pocket.

Ultrasound tech, anesthesiologist for the epidural, nurses on shift, food, overnight stay, the check-up for any issues the infant may have during and after delivery, keeping an OR prepped in case a C-section is needed.
There are some ridiculous charges and incompetent hospitals though, one my wife used sent us home when she was going into labor for one of our kids, said she wasn't. She delivered when we got home, then got charged twice for delivery, though they weren't there for it once. It took over a year to get that cleared up, they still charged for one time though they fucked up there.
Still, even if it sucked for her, they made sure our kid was healthy.

That's likely a very large aspect. Women who are willing to be house-wives are definitely the minority. The term "co-parenting" is big. It'll work itself out though, many ideologies have collapsed before, equity is collapsing as fast as it rises. Equality is one that I see collapsing from the trans movement ironically.

As far as feminism goes, I think extreme feminism will actually be cured by the trans movement. They have to support every ideology and movement that is or has been suppressed, as their agenda is to pursue greater rights then men under the banner of oppression.
So they can't jettison the trans movement, though it allows men to "identify" and gain the rights of women, while surpassing them as now there is the rights of the suppressed trans as well.
It'll take a generation, but it's how I think it'll play out.

No but I work with people who have them and I’m a volunteer Sunday school teacher and I used to babysit 14 kids at once with only 2 other babysitters and I sometimes babysit for free for my neighbors, so I have experience with kids. I also took a child development class in high school which had us learn about the costs of caring for kids so I know gets expensive. I’ve also spoken to a lot of women who just don’t want kids in general. Some people do much like you and that’s fine too.

That sounds both stressful and fulfilling :) I never know how the ladies at church do that every Sunday for several hours in the daycare rooms. Every time there are multiple screaming babies when we drop our little ones off, with only the 4-6 room being screaming fun time.
They never seem to get upset though. My brain would have to switch back to the marines to keep sanity with that many kids lol

Yeah, if they all only have one though, that still halves the population each generation. I'd say at our age though, most women who want kids have already had them as opposed to wanting them unless you're shooting towards the mid 20's.
Even going for early 20's they'll want to play around more and "keep the option open". I noticed a dazed and confused trend when dating women who went for a married guy for a while, I kept getting older but they stayed the same age, and generally in college.

Unfortunately I'm stuck shooting towards the mid 20s if I want an artistically talented atheist who likes difficult video games, anime, sci-fi, science, and fantasy, and doesn't smoke, or drink alcohol, or do drugs, and doesn't want any kids at all, and likes spiders and other creepy crawlies, and is the type to split bills 50/50.

Most women my age or older don't match any of that, and the VERY few that do are all taken.

There is also that I still look like I did at 14. I'm baby faced so most of the women interested in me are either younger than me, or are from Japan or China or some other southeast Asian country where it's much more common to be that youthful as 30 to 40 year old adults.

Ideally it would be better if she was my age or slightly older, because menopause and youthful looks at 35-40 would mean she will likely keep her looks and is sterile. Whereas with a younger woman, I just have to hope they age like I do, and hope contraception works (or get a vasectomy...) I may not have a choice in the matter though if I want all the personality and hobby boxes checked...

Ok, so periods would be super great with that, from what I'm reading, depending on the severity, medicines like clomid and what not would result in pregnancy if you're looking for that. Mostly your risks are higher if you don't have a shit ton of monitoring and the ideal settings for a pregnancy, so more money, less stress.

Technically you'd never be empty, but your risk of blighted ovum which my picture is of above would be higher, among other awesomely painful (mentally and physically) outcomes. I've seen others with worse fertility issues fight the tide there with some radical fertility treatments to have 2 kids over... 2 decades I think, lots of pain, and hundreds of thousands.
