Am I a bad person for not wanting to have more than 1 child? Is it bad being an only child?

I deep down originally wanted to have at least 2 kids, but giving birth this year, it was somewhat traumatic for me, and there wasn't really any support or help. My mental health went to shit and I have been struggling being a single mom. I just don't know if I could go through all of that again. How bad is it growing up as an only child?

Not bad. Most only childs I’ve met, have grown up getting what they want. No sharing with siblings. Which can either make a great person, or a spoilt and entitled person. It all depends on your parenting. Don’t feel bad about it. Aslong as you do what’s right for your own well-being, and you parent your child right, it’s all okay.

So many people believe women after a certain age will struggle to fall pregnant but I actually know people who fell pregnant easily after the age of 40 with no issues. More and more women are now having babies in their 40's today than they did 10 or more years ago.

Exceptions don't make the rule.. this biologically very rare n risky.. no medical expert recommends delaying pregnancy coz they see millions women regretting their decisions n childless.
