If you find the right person, you can be a family even without children. Family does not necessarily consist of children, the important thing is to be able to make that house feel like a home. The value of a partner after a kid goes away if it is not true love. You start your family with your partner, without them, there would be no family, you don't start your family with your child. The most important thing is finding a partner who feels the same way as you. Make sure any future husband knows upfront that motherhood isn't in your plans. As long as you both agree on being childfree, you can have a wonderful marriage.

Don't let anyone shame you for prioritizing your relationship over having kids. Your marriage is about the bond between you two, not whether you raise kids or not. Focus on being there for each other through everything - kids come after that foundation is rock solid.

Trust me, I've known couples who loved each other madly without ever becoming parents. Having kids doesn't define family or make a marriage real. Your family is what the two of you build together, however that looks.

Stay true to yourself sis! If motherhood ain't your thing, don't force it. But do make your stance crystal clear to any partner from the start so you're aligned. Your choice is just as valid as anyone else's. Own it!

Maybe not normal? I'm not married but I feel like I'd be the same way if I was. But this is because I've never been able to relate to the appeal of having kids. I've never in my life wanted to be a father. And most people apparently want kids so I guess we're not normal.

In today's world, it is almost a crime to have children because they seem to lack any responsibility and the future generations are the ones that ultimately will destroy the planet and certainly not save it.

If you can find happiness with your partner and without children, then go for it. Not only will it help you retain your sanity. Everyone sees how youth nowadays behave and how little respect they have for everything and everyone. You can be perfectly happy in your life without them.

And no. To those that say that you will die alone, I reply that in today's society, children are certainly not the ones willing to take care of the elderly.

Yes , some people just don’t want the responsibilities of raising Children , they know they aren’t capable of doing so , it doesn’t make them a bad person, it just makes them honest with themselves , So just be upfront with someone that you are interested in , don’t blind side them , then you will be wrong

I think it’s fairly normal at your age. Irresponsible parenting and bratty out of control kids these days certainly don’t give a lot of incentive. But the older I get the more I realize nothing the average person does means anything in the grand scheme of things, except for creating the next generation.

Lets just say i have not known any family, that has 0 kids. Even those, that have married don't stay childless for very long.

I'm not saying all married ones have or will have kids but i have not seen anything to the contrary. Marriages without kids. There is no doubt they do exist.
