Sister keeps texting me and she’s blocked?

Why would someone text a blocked number knowing they are blocked? She then proceeds to send the text to my mom to bother me more. Why won’t she move on? This person is horrible to me and we don’t get along

She's losing control over you and this is her response to that. Continue to ignore her, ask your mother to stop sending messages on her behalf unless someone is in a life or death situation. If your mother refuses, you might have to end up blocking her too but that's ultimately your call. Eventually, your sister will get bored of trying to get you to respond to them, continue to gray rock and ignore her as much as possible.

Yeah, set some boundaries, tell her if it’s not an emergency that you’re not comfortable helping her, not to mention she needs to learn to stand on her own two feet.
