Confidence is good and necessary for healthy self-image.Plus working on your insecurity will do both: lowering your insecurity and boosting your confidence. Get some therapy. Work on that insecurity. If you can't tackle it alone, find help. A trainer, a community of accountability, a friend to walk with, etc. Therapy isn't "feel good talk". Not if you go to a good therapist. They'll challenge your limiting beliefs and help you to overcome them. Reply
