Well if i was married, i wouldn't yell at my wife unless there was an argument or she did something wrong but i won't cause her to have mental health problems, our argument will be for own good so we fix things that must be fixed, cannot let my future housewife have mental issues because her health is my health and her well being is my well being!

About berating, i'd never do this, a married couple are one person so a husband who berates his wife, it means he's berating himself...
