He disrespected me and others so I blocked his number and then he kept spam calling my house with fake businesses trying to scam us into giving our credit card number cause he is angry at me for calling out his disrespectful behaviour on-line.

I blocked his cell phone number 15 years ago but he kept my home phone number without my permission or knowledge for 20 years and has been spam calling me for rebuking him online.

Been calling but no messages. There's a lot running through my head that could be possible. I'd like to say apologize and try to make amends but it always could come with the latter you have on the poll. I'd pick up just to see, since it doesn't hurt to find out why he is calling you out of the blue all of a sudden than speculation with nothing to run off on. But either way you can continue as you are and ignore him.
