Mother tried to choke 26yr old during the heated argument?

Mother daughter have argument often at the point of everyone scream. To stop her 26yr old daughter from arguing loudly, she would beat her, strangle her by the hair, choke her and leave bruises on her face and body. Even the father to beat her up. Her parents would verbally demean her and call her a failure, shameless, jealous of her younger sister cuz she complained to her parents about she and her younger sister being treated differently when it comes to allowing permission or independence. Her parents would clearly ignore her complains and even tell her that they want peace in the house and no arguments therefore they are not interested in her concerns. Her younger sister would roam around with her ex friends secretly and when she tells her parents about this, her younger sister would deny it and portray her as paranoid, mentally ill. Her younger sister would let her parents call her mentally sick as well and watch her get beaten up and called psychotic and won't reveal the truth. Younger sister would even call her useless and unimportant infront of everyone. The younger sister even blocked her and insults her.

Why is it like this. The elder sister is there own blood yet.
