My older brother keeps zip-tying all my stuff, what should I do?

My older brother keeps pranking me with zip-ties. It started by him zip-tying the scissors closed, then my clothes together, then my bag shut and my TV remote to the ceiling fan etc. How can I stop his reign of terror? Our parents are on holiday currently, so they won't be any help.

Staple his underwear to the ceiling fan. Become creative in the reciprocatory arts. If he's got a girlfriend coming over, leave some of YOUR underwear in strategic places in his bedroom. See if he can explain his way out of that! Buy a couple dildoes and leave those in his room. Ask him about supposed previous girlfriend's with him in front of his present girlfriend. Nail his shoes to the floor. Bake him a cake with a couple zip-ties inside of it.
