I am a parent and I do that ☺️ we take lots of photos and print them out for a physical photo album like my parents did for me growing up. And I also take many videos, because they don’t stay little for long! Just for my own collection and for my kid when he grows up, I don’t post him on my social media’s.

nope... I rather truly experience them in person, and not through a little screen

always done that, always will do that... with most things in my life

and at least with my memory... memories do play in my mind all the time, and in very vivid, full blown technicolor as well

I read a life tip once to set up an email account for your child when they're born, and email the address pictures, videos, and cute stories of the stuff they do- then, when they turn 18, give them the password.

My mom recorded me at 3 playing around the preschool and playground. It is a cute movie to watch from time to time but i was shocked how sassy and bossy I was lol. I’d prob record my kid around that same age but that would probably be the only recording

Sure! Why not? Everyone takes pics or vids of their kids. Some take video of them being born!
