My friend has been throwing way too many parties. How do I ask her to stop?

My friend has been throwing parties like every other week since the beginning of summer and it’s gotten to the point where so many of us have gotten really overwhelmed and have a hard time remembering even the small details like the date of the parties or what time we’re supposed to show up. How do we ask her to stop throwing so many parties?

I’d just tell her I can’t go but then she’ll keep inviting me over and over and over until the party already happened.

so... don't go? she can throw parties if she wants. because people still keep showing up to those parties. so. stop showing up. tell everyone who is overwhelmed to stop showing up.

you say she'll just keep inviting you over and over. just keep saying no over and over. there is a simple solution to this. don't be afraid to stand up for yourself. if you don't want to go, don't go.

Why stop? If she likes throwing parties let her do that? You don't have to go to every one.

People who have been to countless ones where the people hosting invite way too many people to fit in their house and still expect everyone to fit. Also a lot of introverts, which a lot of us are.
