What should I do in this situation?

I found my cat in a fence two years ago and I adopted him, after a while i started sneezing, coughing and getting red rashes evrytime he would go pass me or lay on my chest. i now have a sinus infection and my. doctor believes it could be my cat, dust and allergy season right now. i told my. mom I don't want him anymore because of this reason. she told me ok I will take care of him. in 48 hours his bowl and water are empty! I was so pissed off she lied.. I told her cheeto haven't been feed or had any water today she told me to go feed him.. and I told her I couldn't be cause am allergy to him she told me twice "go feed him.. go feed him" cutting me off.. she doesn't want to get rid of him for me and doesn't want to take care of him, but want him to stay.. what should I do?

Take are of the cat, and keep pumping myself with allergy medication

Try to make a agreement with my mom (which she only like it her way)

Stand my ground and try to get her to take of the cat, SHE WANTS

I have another way of dealing with this situation.

Sorry, but you cannot live with a cat. You have to find a new home or take it to a shelter.

She doesn't want to get rid of the car, but she wants me to take care of it

You cannot. Find it a home or take it to a shelter.

I can't, she won't let me and my mother is crazy about him. she even have a chip on him to know his every move.

Not like I have a choice really.. I have prescribed medication so I should be fine, and I stop being around him a lot more.. because we'll we both know the reason.
