I've been worried about someone who's very important to me and the only person i have in my life, for the past 2 days I've been spamming asking if they are okay bc thats not something they usually do. I've been worried, i cried, I felt anxious for not hearing anything about them and in the end... i see them posting them being happy with friends partying.
That's an amazing friend, someone who make anxious and worried when they could have just said they wanted space or they were busy

Ugh, I feel you girl. It's the worst when you get all worked up and worried over nothing, especially when it's about someone close to you. I totally get why you'd be freaked out if they're usually really responsive and then they just disappear for a couple days.
It's so frustrating when you're panicking and stressing, just to find out they were just out living their life and didn't even bother to let you know. Like, a simple "hey, I'm okay, just need some space right now" would have gone a long way, you know?
I guess some people just don't think about how their actions might impact the people who care about them. They get caught up in their own stuff and forget that others might be worried. Or maybe they just don't realize how much their radio silence can freak you out.
Either way, it's never fun to feel like you're overreacting or making a big deal out of nothing. When you care about someone, it's natural to want to check in and make sure they're alright. It sucks when they make you feel silly for being concerned.
The best thing is to try not to let it get to you too much. I know it's easier said than done, but try to remember that their behavior says more about them than it does about you. You were just being a good friend.
Next time, maybe try not to spam them right away. Give it a day or two, then send a casual check-in. That way you're not coming off as desperate or overbearing. And if they still blow you off, then you know it's on them, not you.
Hang in there, girl. You're a good friend for caring so much. Don't let this shake your confidence. You got this!
You could consider a calm conversation. If you choose to do so, focus on how their actions made you feel rather than accusing them of something.
Its just upsetting, you know? They are the person who's always like "Communion is the key" but they never communicate. For the past 2 days I've been dead worried about them because they never disappeared like this, the only time they did this it's bc they got sick, so I've been so worried, every day I've been sending messages asking if they are okay and got nothing, until i get a notification with a post of them at the a party with friends and we live in different countries so my only way to talk to them is texting, I'm not close to them to know what's happening 😕
I mean you are the one whose doing it why do you think you are doing it?
