Do you think if I put in my two weeks notice before im even through training, hed just fire right then?

I've been at my current job for 5 days. My supervisor is training me, but he's getting very frustrated, because I'm a slow learner, so I was gonna go to my boss, and put in my two weeks notice, but I dont see much reason of keeping me around, since I don't really have a clue of what I'm doing.

Thank you for your answer. I already put in my two weeks notice, and he did let me go the day i put in my two weeks notice. He thanked me for putting in my two weeks notice, and said that he'll give me a good recommendation. He told me that everyone was telling me I was doing a good job. I have a hard time believing that though seeing as how my manager was acting torwards me.

There's nothing wrong with having the discussion with management about it not being a good fit. Just mention you're done and that you're offering your two week notice. Expect they'll end your employment immediately. They might surprise you and offer more if they're in dire need.
