What happened to your first best friend?

I lost contact when I moved with my family. Back then, I was a little kid and we had no cell phone. There were telephones, but I lost the book. So... yeah. It's been 27 years. I hope she's doing great in life. 🥹

I still care about them, but life pulled us in different directions.

We didn’t have a dramatic ending, just grew up, got busier, and stopped matching each other’s pace.

Sometimes we talk, sometimes we don’t, but the good memories stay.

I just saw him last week at a gas station. He's alive and well. He's a mason and is married with a year old daughter. He's doing really well for himself.

He died a little over 2 years ago. He had cancer a few years ago but I guess it came back. He died two years ago.

I lost him over the Labor day weekend about 4-5 years ago now. He was depressed about his wife passing away & you can fill in the rest of it.

He turned out to be a self-centered mutant, focused only on his needs and wants.

He got into drugs then never really grew up

It was all in the local news and it was just sad that it was self-inflicted, I attended the funeral that I was invited to and I moved on. The person had been distant for some time and at the funeral they spoke how they'd been receiving psych therapy. Anyways, I've moved on with my life, as does anyone. That's life you know.
