My brother has su ! cided. How to cope with that?

He was my safe place basically. He was the most unjudging, nice, clever, emotional, honest person i have ever met. And i was telling him everything goes around both my mind and my life. Now he has gone. I am alone. He is nothing now. How to cope with that?

you have a history of making shit up, but in case if this is real, I'll start that he is not "nowthing" unless he always was nothing. But if you insist, then man up. Don't cope. Or else you risk also becoming "nothing". ㅤ

Loss is different for everybody. For me, it felt like a heavy weight that rested on my shoulders and back and there was a part of me that kept expecting to see them. It will get easier with time, but that can take a long while. I find that time goes a bit faster with distractions, like new hobbies. I took up painting after the death of my stepdad, it was a good way to spend time with my loved ones if I just supplied the paints and canvases.

I’m so sorry for your loss. You should consider grief counseling, maybe even a support group. You don’t have to go through that alone, and I hope you choose not to.
