Were you parentified as a child and how did it affect you?

I was the child but I had to act like a damn parent in my childhood from basically taking care of my siblings ( even though when they cry out for me and I couldn't help them it still hunts me this day ): I had to clean the house from top to bottom I had to take care of my own mother who was to lazy to do anything ASF i was used (and other words ) by my own mother and stepfather. And so much more call me cindrella I guess. Because that how it was a cindrella shit. Never got to go to school never had a childhood been physically hurt numerous of times and so much more.

Yes it affected me quiet badly scared of people do stuff on my own and other fucking things

Yes, I was. I ended up being hypervigilant, very independent, and I struggled with people-pleasing, being too available and setting boundaries for a long time.

I wasn't parentified, quite the opposite in fact. I had helicopter parents.
