Ex wants to be friends but needs space? What's up?

My ex broke up with me almost 3 months ago and wanted to be friends. I noticed when we met up last week something was still off. I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing.

A few days ago she send me a text saying she's still angry at everything. So I asked her what she wants and she wants space.

Because she hasn't really had that yet. (no contact lasted 2 weeks).

Why is she still angry? She broke up because my selfish attitude caused her to loose feelings for me but wanted to be friends because she still cared. I didn't know at the time how I was acting towards her but I've seen my mistakes and already apologized. I've also been real sweet to her the past month when we met up and stuff.

im friends with most of my exs its definitely possible. But it takes time. So give her some space for awhile maybe even a couple months and just go from there see what she does :) my one ex and I sidnt talk for a year and now we are good friends. him and his fiance have even gone out multiple times with my boyfriend and i. I also have one who You can be friends with ex's just because you don't work as a couple doesn't mean you can't be friends. BUT if you still have feeling for her that is all out sorry. If you intend to be friends you have to get your feeling in check good luck :)

Who said I was in pain? I asked what's up with my ex not if I can be friends yes or no. As I said before I'm friends with other exes and it doesn't hurt when they sleep around with people or something.

I am actually good friends with my ex husband of 10 years. Only because we both are totally over each other. I hang out with him, his girlfriend and mutual friends 3x a week. I see him and his girlfriend make out and it doesn't bother me. His girlfriend and I are actually going clubbing in a couple of weeks. So it is possible to be friends with an ex.
