OK, I know that it sounds weird but I said SLEEP, not HAVE SEX. Me and my sister live togather (she's 22) and she has generalized anxiety disorder (probbably coming from a dysfuntional family) and has trouble falling asleep alone and even if she does, she usually has nightmares. So I let her sleep in my bed with me and we cuddle. She likes to tuck her head between my chest, chin and left shoulder and hold her teddy on the other side of my chest. I wrap my arms around her and will run my finger through her hair and reach under her shirt and rub her back to help her fall asleep. a lot of people think that it's wrong but I don't feel any sexual feelings when we're cuddling, but feeling her soft hair and skin is very relaxing for me and holding a warm person just makes me feel better. For the lack of a better analogy, it's kind of like cuddling with a pet in that you feel relaxed but not aroused. What do you think, is it wrong that me and my sister do this?

Families have widely varying attitudes about nudity and partial nudity in the home. In some families, members are never seen in less than a bathrobe. Some families are okay with occasionally seeing each other in their underwear. Some families are okay with skinnydipping together. Some families are routinely nude at home.

When I ask about nudity, I am talking purely about nudity without any hint or suggestion of sexual activity, behavior, innuendo, etc.

In my own family, the boys were occasionally seen in their underwear but the girl was never in less than a bathrobe. If you think nudity at home is awful because of what it will lead to, consider that families which accept and engage in nudity at home do not have a higher rate of incest or sexual crimes against others.

I just broke up with her early afternoon because she cheated. The problem is I've always gotten along with her family and parents from day 1. I was closed to those people and they felt like a second family to me. I will miss them all.

I'm usually not into telling others personal stuff but what I'm concerned about is there might be a chance she might lie to make it sound like I dump her suddenly for no reason so they can all think I'm such an inconsiderate jerk that broke her heart when it was the other way around. More than likely as the days passed by all of them are going to start going what happened, why are we distant and why we broke up.

In my position would it be right to be honest and tell them briefly the reason I broke it off? It hurts more because I was so close to thinking of proposing to her towards the ending of this year.

I am just trying to understand why my mom continues to let my brother and sister in law live with her and my step dad and take advantage of them. They showed up to my moms broke and up to their eyeballs in debt almost a year ago and today they are no closer to moving out then they were from the day they arrived. I can see that they have no realistic plan to do so either. My mom has yet to see even a penny from them as far as help with any of the bills around the house go. On top of that they don't help clean up around the house or do anything to help out. If you try and tell them anything about it they get offended and get defensive and ugly. My sister in law in particular is very disrespectful and just whines and complains about everything and doesn't appreciate a damn thing. My brother just kind of goes along with what she wants to do and pretty much plays the victim mentallity that everything in his life is a result of just bad luck and not his bad decisions. It doesn't help either that my brother now owes about a years worth of back child support. When I try and tell my mom that they are taking advantage of her and that they need to start helping her out she like to bring up that they don't have any money. That's bullshit because they have money for pot, money for beer, money to go to concerts, money for water parks and having fun and being cool, but no money to help her out with the bills around the house. So to put it in short they are both very selfish and ungrateful individuals. I tell my mom that she needs to just kick them out. If they don't want to help themselves then why is she bending over backwards to help them. I can imagine that my neice, my moms grand daughter, their daughter has a lot to do with it. I don't see anything changing though. I tell my mom they will figure something out if she kicks them out. Why won't she just do it, and why does she continue to put up with their shit?

-Been seeing this girl i met online for a couple months. We met in person 2 weeks ago and had a blast
-She has emotional problems, which i help her through and she's getting professional help for
-Last weekend (3 days ago) she flipped on me (due to her emotional problem) and said she wouldn't invite me to her party
-Shes been fine for a couple days now, everything is awesome between us... BUT her birhtday party is less then 12 hours away and she still hasn't said anything to me about inviting me
-I've dropped hints like "have fun at your party tonight" and "you know i requested off from work for you for today if you wanna invite me or hang out, you can, its no biggie if you dont tho"

anyway im secretly freaking out and really hurt and I don't know what to do. i feel it'd be awkward to ask why im not invited, only to cause her to feel obligated to invite me, you know? Please, anyone with advice? maybe i should ask before it starts? or wait till after?

I'm just curious as to what people's views on this are now a days. I got spanked as a kid and as much as I hated it, it sure as hell taught me discipline.

Maybe that's why the next generation is getting so messed up? Less discipline = more acting out from children? What to you think?

Here me out before you jump to conclusions:

Let's say a guy and a girl meet and hit it off and are really into talking to eachother. They laugh at the same stuff, have a lot of the same hobbies and interests, and etc etc. This lasts for quite a period of time (lets say 3 months). You could classify them as awesome friends! She is REALLY into talking to him and hanging with him fyi

Eventually the guy confesses to liking her, and she says she doesn't like him like that. It's safe to assume it means the girl doesn't find the guy physically/sexually attractive right? Cause what else is missing? Never heard a girl say "yeah me and him have too many interests together and get along TOO well"

Girls who have gotten into relationships with guy friends they formerly friend zoned may also answer.

Yes you see the occasional hot girl or guy that's socially awkward, but my opinion is that if a guy is fun to talk to, but the girl can't see herself sleeping with him, much less kissing him, he's only a friend.

Long story short: Was rejected by female friend, started over, and it's well known all at my school that I still like her

My friend who I considered a good friend, apparently only considers me an acquaitenance. He went behind my back to date her, and yeah they're dating

I told her it's effed up he did that to me, and she sorta defended him and brushed off whatever I said. I'm a bit mad at her. I'll admit I did say some bad things about him, and it DOES seem like she told him(and that's why he hates me). But me and her are best friends and have a lot of trust..

Should I be mad at her for dating him? Does this complicate the friendship with the girl? Should I be mad at her for what seems like she betrayed my trust and told him some things I said?

As we all knows, girls like to say "lets just be friends" to let you down... few however DO want to be friends. I'm gonna keep this short and concise :D

Long story short: Became best friends with this girl that rejected me when I FIRST MET her. She DOES genuinely care for me, listen to me, etc etc over our friendship of 8 months. Basically, she IS a true friend. She does however keep rejecting my romantic advances, and yes I did tell her I loved her down the road... which leads to my next point

Because I talked to her JUST TO DATE HER... and I can't and REFUSE to rid myself of my own feelings for her... I keep "breaking up" our friendship over and over... and today it happened for the final time I'm sure

I'm still torn though.. I can either "Settle" and be her friend, and she gets what she wants(my friendship) while I get nothing, or walk away from the friendship. The reason why I'm torn is that she IS a true friend... but at the same time I have my own needs too, I'm a guy too that's standing up for he wants by walking away

And yes I know, guys can be guilty of this too. Honestly though it's the worst feeling in the world when you feel like a girl is sugar coating something, or saying something to be polite.

It especially annoys me when I list reasons why, and they pick one of those reasons. And then I wonder, so what if I didn't list that reason? What would they have said? And sometimes I press for more that's NOT my reason, and they say something, and even then it still seems like they're being polite.

Is it just me or anyone else like this?

MADE UP EXAMPLES:

#1: Guy: Do you wanna go see a movie some time?

Girl: I have a boyfriend, sorry

Guy: OK so what if you didn't have a boyfriend?

Girl: I don't know then

(Seriously, why can't a girl just say No I'm not interested?"

#2:friend zoned Guy: So why didn't you wanna date me back then?

Girl: Cause I was seeing someone long distance back then, I told you that

Guy: OK, so what if you werent seeing someone back then?

Girl: Well I was also working things out with another guy who was long distance

(As you can see, she's NOT saying no, but she's not saying yes. So wtf!)

Is it leading on, if after you narrow it down to the last bitter point, they say yes? is that why they sometimes still answer indirect? Cause then it makes you think you had a chance if those other obstacles werent in the way?
