The Romantic style is one of my favorite styles of dress. The aesthetic is one of almost extreme femininity. It encompasses this whole array of lovely lace, ruffles, bows, tulle, flowers, and soft colors and fabrics. If this is your aesthetic, or you want it to be, you'll most likely paint this picture of beauty and grace with a touch of the ethereal with the way you dress. I dare say, the look is timeless as there always tends to be a place in fashion history for this super idealized version of the more delicate side of female beauty and fashion.

Your style is floating on air. Lot's of movement with a soft touch to everything you put on. You avoid harsh lines in favor of curved ones and as much drape as you can handle. Your color scheme is usually ballet colors. Neutrals with touches of more pastel pinks and purples, but you can wear darker colors when they appeal to the aesthetic with some other touches like florals or delicate feathers or a soft knit just barely skimming the body.

Your absolute style essentials are something with lace, chiffon, or tulle. Dainty delicate jewelry pieces. Flowers either about the hair, covering a skirt, or on a shoe. Anything ballet, or vintage Victorian, 50's, or 20s. Anything that floats when you move. Soft delicate make-up and hair.

They are so cute that they look overly "girly". Women look much younger in these styles.

Do you know of the youtuber Samantha Maria? She has a lot of ruffles and poofy things that until this point I knew it was a distinct style but never knew what. :) interesting.

You should look up FreddyMyLove's Youtube channel too. She includes a lot of pastel pink and her style is very girly. She is like the most girly youtuber I've come across.
