Do you even understand? They dislike my comment because I say girls overanalyze compliments. We're not talking about the ''you look good without make-up'' compliment. It's in no way meant as a compliment. Seemingly you think so...

And I stand by what I say. Nowadays, so many girls just tend to analyze everything that guys say that is meant as a compliment. For example, I would say a girl is ''pretty'', and instead of thanking me, she'll be like ''Only pretty?''

Maybe that's because you only seem to give shallow compliments. Pretty girls want to be called smart/creative and ugly girls want to be called pretty. That's the way humans work.

Best way to get that message across is to see her without makeup (like, first thing in the morning or something) and tell her "wow, you're beautiful." Not look at her with a face full of makeup and say "you know, I think you look nice without it."
