Yes, a lot of people think about buying expensive designer bags - and almost all of those have their logos planely visible on their bags.
Is it just a coincidence?
Not even a little.
It's a marketing ploy.
Yes!
You're paying for a bag that you'll be promoting from now on every time you use it. Every time you take a selfie with it and post it on social media, every time you walk to work in the morning and every time you go back home.
Tip: If you ever take the plunge and buy such an expensive bag, make sure you buy a classic bag that's re-sellable, and better yet, will make you more money than you payed for it (classic color, classic structure, something that's been around for years, if not decades).
Now, some of you definitely won't have a problem with that - the excess money (so you don't really think about how much you spend or what you might spend it on), or the fact you've always wanted one of those bags just seems so much more important than what the brand intended with heir designs. And that's totally fine.
But, some of you will start wondering now: Are designer brands really in it for the luxury and the exclusivity, or do they simply want to make you feel that way so you'd promote them, rave about their sub-par products and end up selling those products for them without even realizing it.
Now...some of those products are worth having, but definitely none of those are worth the money you've spent on them. Guaranteed.
But you probably already knew that.
