Spring Time Must Haves

As you slowly shake the snow out of your hair and start to thaw in time for Spring, clear out your closet, bag up your heavy coats, and get ready for Spring time with a few must haves for the season.

1. A kimono duster

I love a good dramatic piece, and for Spring, this is it. Don't believe me? Walk across the street on a windy day in this beauty as the wind lifts it up behind you like the girliest of Batman capes. A kimono duster allows you to easily take a basic neutral outfit or LBD and liven it up with color/pattern, and second that with a great cover-up if you aren't really a fan of showing off your arms or your rear.

Put Labor Day rules about wearing white in the rear view mirror with a bit of lovely white lace. This lovely fabric is perfect for a daytime coffee date, or brunch, or just for something different to wear to work.

3. Pretty pastels

Nothing goes quite so well with the idea of Spring time, as pretty pastels. These soft muted colors match perfectly with the season.

4. Signature sunnies

Sunglasses have gotten interesting again. Designers are once again putting the focus on this Spring and Summer wardrobe accessory with gusto. Spend some actual time shopping for a pair that really goes well with your face shape and style that can become your signature pair of sunnies.

5.Floral fantasy to the max

Pay homage to the sea of flowers in Spring with a floral maxi with a twist. Take a sweet and demure floral maxi up a notch with sexy side slits, cold shoulders, low backs, low V's, and cut outs. These dresses are comfortable and flowy and a great way to show off just that little (or a lot) bit of skin that you want to under a sun kissed day. I love all these clothes but how am I supposed to wear them on a school on a daily basis? I don't go to school in LA or Cali

I'd say the must have for spring are white sneakers, a cool denim jacket and a cute top

If you're still in high school, maybe not that last one depending on your schools dress code, but you can probably wear everything else unless you're in uniform. If you're talking about weather, it depends where you live. "Spring" weather comes sooner for some people and a lot later for others.

No I meant college when I said "school" lol. I'm a freshman. These outfits seem more like summer outfits to me. I mean girls where I live don't dress like that so I'd look hilarious. But it's nice inspiration maybe for the summer
