Let me start off by saying that I mean no offense when I use these terms to describe women; each has their own meaning and physiological reaction from me. These are just the ways I like to use these words, as I believe each have a right way to be used and not just thrown around.
Not it all women are attractive, your average girl isn’t going to catch the eye of every man she meets, but is often enough to satisfy his desires. Women whose appearances I generally find likeable can be broken down into four main categories. Cute, pretty, hot, and beautiful. Let’s start with the basics, cute girls are generally girls that do not invoke a sexual response from me right away. They are the ones who I find good to look at, innocent and generally have a likeable appearance. Girls like these i will usually treat as friends, they usually have a friendly smile and a general warm, but not sexual persona.

Maisie Williams in action is really cute and kind of adorable at times.
Emilia Clarke is both cute and pretty at times
Imagine Thurmin is just really cute, I don't know why, it’s probably her eyes and hair.
Pretty women are usually women who are average to above average in terms of looks but do not illicit the same flamboyant and friendly attitude that cute girls do. They are usually more reserved and less friendly. Because of this decreased warmness they usually invoke more sexual interest on my part.
Examples:
Amy Adams is fairly good looking, although she’s aged a bit she’s still quite pretty
Zooey Deschanel’s got average features, but eyes and luscious hair make her stand out.
Hot or sexy women are very attractive women who probably catch more glances than intended-without even trying. These women are just very good looking women with possibly average personalities that make her seem even more attractive.
Alice Eve’s aged quite a bit, but she’s still extremely sexy.Hannah Jeter’s probably an airhead, but she’s really got really good features.
Cute women are women with bright, bubbly personalities and average to above average looks. To me, their personality sort of inhibits my sexual attraction to them and replaces it with a platonic one. Pretty women are middle of the line women who simply look good. Hot women are way above average women in terms of looks. Beautiful women who have an attractive personality and looks are as follows. These two women captivate me, one is extremely good looking and has a fairly attractive persona, the other I’d marry in an instant if I could; she has everything that I want in mind and body and she’s all that.
Antje traue is probably the most attractive on this list yet, for me at least.She’s cute, weird, smart and in love with the same things I’m into.

"Cute" girls have the opposite effect on me, I assume that behind their innocent exterior is a dirty little vixen waiting to be unleased :D Seeing a "nice" girl turn "naughty" is a real treat haha
When it comes to female beauty, there is no objective reality; there is only perception.
I think Angelina Jolie is unattractive. I think Kristen Bell is beautiful. There is no logical explanation for what excites us and it doesn't really matter because it is immutable. It is what it is.
Ik , this is simply what these words mean to me and how I specifically use them, and of course it can be explained. It’s just very difficult, but it takes understanding human neurology and human Evolutionary Biology
