Depends. I mean, it depends on the context, not that I WEAR Depends. I will sometimes say panties but it's kind of an uncomfortable word, like 'moist,' so I only use it in a more titillating context. Flirting, you know. Otherwise I use any number of terms for them. Skivvies or undies, more likely.

Underwear. Panties just seems like the type of word men like to use to sexualize women to their liking. I’m not at all surprised that men are leading the poll for this one. It somehow plays into their concept of what “femininity” should sound like. Nope. I wear underwear. And we all wear undies.
