Personally, I think they can be super adorable. At the same time, though, I'm self-conscious that people will think I'm going for the "sexy schoolgirl" look or something.
Obviously they can be worn/viewed in a more sexual context depending on what you're wearing, but how about something like the pics below? Thanks for any opinions! ^^

I suppose I should probably point out that I'm not exactly the most 'endowed' girl either, I'm built very similarly to the girl in the second pic actually.
Lets point out that the girl in the first picture isn't endowed physically speaking legs wise.. the way you meant it. If anything she's anorexic and definitely needs to bring up her BMI. As for the girl in the second picture if you're like that then you're doing more than just fine.
These thigh high socks are very adorable, cute and sexy and with the right set of clothes can make a guy melt lol However... the're meant to show up until the thighs forcing you to wear shorter skirts. So if you're self conscious keep that in mind. Clothes by themselves can't be cute or sexy its the body that makes them like that.. and if you get words like that its bcz you invited those words. Don't wear it too much though you'll ruin the special look or impact they give.
Your breast size has nothing to do with your socks. I like the socks as long as they go with the clothes that look good with them. If you are built like the girl in the second picture, you are doing just fine.
They only look good on real thin legs like shown there. Otherwise they look stretched out and gross. Thereās a thin line with thigh high socks lol. I could never wear them my thighs are too thick.
I love them. I have several pairs. One with a string of bows and ribbons up the back, another that has a corset setup in the back. Gaaaah I love thigh highs. Hahaha
Times are changing. Back in the day you saw a girl in a skirt and thigh high stockings and it was more of the sexy school girl look and it definitely caught a lot of attention and give some a bad rep. Nowadays it's more common to see thigh highs on women and it's more acceptable now. Personally I still think it's sexy, but it really depends on who is wearing it and how it matches your outfit.
They have the potential to be either cute or sexy, but under no circumstances are they a bad look. If you don't want to seem as though you are emulating a slutty schoolgirl, then just avoid plaid miniskirts with buttoned blouses and pig tails.
As you said earlier, they can be cute without being sexy. Although they are becoming more popular for being provocative, depending on the clothing around it there can be a difference. I will not Express my preference but I will say it would probably appear less provocative if you show less skin on your legs when you wear them. Either that or just try not to go for excessively short skirts that have little chance of hiding your assets.
When I was a teen, I would have loved that girl. Now, as a grown up, I see a Slim-Jim half unwrapped. Tasteless, skinny meat barely peeking out of it's clothing. :D
I like them, I wear them sometime they look cute. If you worry about being too sexy you can wear tights under. They look good with a sweater dress I think.
Itās trendy in socks/ stocking fashion. Lots of ladies wear them but as this type of socks are used a lot in pornography, they look a bit more sexy than normal.
I personally found them very very sexy and eye-catching;)
It looks good depending on what other clothes it is paired with. And the build of the girl in the second picture is the perfect/ideal build in my opinion. :)
