What I love about it is that these women are telling me without words "I am easily fooled by fashion trends and will waste money, therefore have nothing to do with me."

I cannot get the "fashion" aspect of Maximalist style. The random combinations of colour, with completely clashing accessories or clothing, it doesn't make sense to me.
I see some people dressed like this, and all I think is how confident one has to be to look so bad lol.

It's quite an individual style, I can appreciate the thoughts that go into being a Maximalist fashion supporter, but I cannot make sense of the uncoordinated, mismatching, clashing, or the abominable creations. The style is meant to convey "Bold" looks and break the normal fashion barrier, celebrating individuality and expressionism. However MANY of these looks just appear gaudy, embarrassing, or shows the individual cannot put an outfit together, and that is how they WANT to be portrayed lol. It boggles my mind xD
