What to wear under my gymnastics leotard?

So I’m kind of new to gymnastics and I’m unsure what I should be wearing under my new comp leotard if anything at all so I just wanted to see what other girls wear under there’s and if you are comfortable at comps wearing that, my new comp Leo is quite tight around my crotch, is that alright or should I be concerned about that? When I did gymnastics did not wear any panties under their leotards. This is because your panties can move around and show during your routine — which you can get marked down for — or even worse, ride up and give you a wedgie when you’re dancing. Visible wedgie + uncomfortable very uncomfortable.
Some leotards have built-in liners which can be removed and washed, and ballet dancers usually just use their tights as underwear.
Gymnasts and dancers can actually wear all sorts of things under their leotards — so you have a few options and you totally don’t have to go commando if you don’t want to!
you can always wear a thong.

You could get gymnastics high but briefs too. The "Oh no proof" bikini is super thin so it works too. Hope this helps I did ballet and gymnastics a while ago

Thank you so much for your advice very much appreciated, yeah I tried just wearing my new leo around the house with undies on and it gave my the worst wedgies possible just from moving around the house so I guess I will just go commando under it, it’s actually quite comfortable with nothing I am just scared the crotch might move while I’m flipping or something and I will expose myself hahaha thanks xx

I’m not looking to complain but it’s still kind of gross, like I’m just trying to do my sport and like one time I was walking through the shopping centre after practice wearing my leotard and I court like at least 10 guys all staring at my ass it’s just gross
