Is wearing a long shirt with no pants a new women's fashion trend?

I am seeing this more and more. A lady will be wearing a shirt just long enough to cover her butt and look like she isn't wearing pants underneath. It's possible she could be wearing short shorts, I don't go and check. I am not saying I am complaining, I am just wondering if this is a thing all over.

I saw a lady wearing something just like this the other day.

I haven't seen a self aware shirt quite yet.

No, it's just stupid. Usually they have a pair of short, shorts underneath, but still...

That's really not something that's appropriate to wear out in public. Maybe around the house, but not outside

When the wind blew up their shirts, yeah, it was pretty obvious. Neither of the women cared that they were giving us a show.

My girlfriend does that too, some occasions with Gstring, morning going out for bread and milk or grocery, perfectly fine by me if it it commando too.
