My mother is petite and said she didn't think the pain was all that much horrible like its usually said. Also, do distinct petite, from small hips. There are many extremely curvy women, especially among African American, who are super petite.
Your opinion furthermore, that it sounds healthier, is just super non educated and what do you know about womens body anyway. You are just using that phrase to justify why you like big ass in sexual sense, and in no other sense, and nothing else.
Truth is, that "less" pain is what happens during the usual way and positions of giving birth forced in usual hospitals. But both "thinner" and more shapy girls can give birth even with very very little pain in all different positions than that medieval one. Nowadays there are many "natural birth" cliniques, where a woman can give birth in hot tub with no "pushing" at all, - it takes very very long, but is relaxed and non painful, other way is American indian style, and there are some others as well. You just sound shallow/stupid.
