Why is a having big butt such a big deal men and women make harass and fun of girls with small or flat butts?

online i’ve been noticing recently especially on sites like tiktok etc is a woman posts and she does have a huge ass people (men and women) will spam her comments calling her flat, inculcating her figure, etc etc. these can be otherwise attractive women and usually they’re not even abnormally flat just average and they still berate them hate over something they can’t control without rigorous months- years of specifically targeted glute training. do men really hate women with small butts enough to harass them over it?
