You could try cover it by wearing lipstick so they think it is the lipstick that is making your lips bigger. However eventually they will find out. Why don’t you be honest tell them why you want to get It? Your 21 so you can do as you wish, surely they won’t stop loving/supporting you if are honest with them. They might be disappointed at first however after a while they might accept it.
Pretty sure they would notice if you had fuller lips. Plus I don't think you we suppose to wear makeup directly after getting the injections. I think you're just going to have to face their wrath and hope that they understand that it's your body so you make the decisions
