I also see some women saying that Orlando Bloom is overrated while I see them crushing on me that look like his ugly twin.

YOUR NOT UGLY JUST BROKE
Definitely.
It starts with Kylie Jenners first surgery with 16ys where she would look completely different afterwards. Not fitness sculpted her body but in fact it was money who made these breasts and 'back'.
Kim Kardashian bought the Marilyn Curves back, but she failed to maintain a healthy body balance now she looks like a cartoon character. Everybody strives to have these tiny waist but little did they know she had removed 2 ribs to look like this.
So many celebrities would undergo a lip filler treatment and aspiring a whole generation to do the same. Kylie was the one who would made these treatments go viral on social media.
Face tattoos. We need to talk about them now.
Face tattoos is a thing that exists long before XXXtenctation, little Peep or tekashi but they would made it viral too.
Hair. Today everything is about color your hair how you want but in fact it is a trend to have a certain crazy color in your hair. But little did they know that it all wigs and weave. Now they destroy their own hair to look like that of a wig.
Contact lense laser.
Changing the color of your eyes with a laser is dangerous how it sounds. Cancle it.
Many celebrities promote unhealthy lifestyle
Definitely, people use filters and airbrush their photos constantly. You always see extremely attractive celebrities who no normal girl can even compare to. I have thought about plastic surgery countless times but never made plans to get it done because I don’t want to be fake but I still wonder if it’s a good idea sometimes. It’s hard being pressured to be so beautiful to have people admire and like you. That’s why girls develop eating Disorders so often it because they want to be “beautiful” and it’s heart breaking. But I struggle with it to, I don’t have an eating disorder but thinking I can’t compare. Look at times where there were models like Marilyn Monroe, she was stunning but she looked like a realistic beauty. Her body type was beautiful and so was her face. She’s considered one of the most beautiful women in the world. She didn’t have photoshop and filters she naturally was beautiful and she didn’t starve herself or wear 60lbs of makeup either.
Well considering that based upon a study, 80% of men were viewed as "below average" by women, I'd say you have it backwards. Meanwhile men watch porn and the porn stars are "average", quite literally (brunettes on average, C cup on average, and rated as average in looks) and they seem quite fine with it. Women lie about men being shallow in order to justify their own shallowness, thats all this is (you don't have men refusing to date a girl based upon her breast size or height, but you will have women who refuse to date a guy based upon one, or the lack of one, feature or their height). This is just you trying to rationalize your own behavior.
Lmao. This is the biggest motherfucking projection I have ever seen. I see men rating women like Emily ratajkowsky and Adriana Lima as average, but I see women saying that Steve rogen is a husband material.
Men are ten times more shallow and picky than women, when it comes to serious dating. That’s why you see more men with better looking women, but it’s EXTREMELY rare to see a couple where the man is better looking ! They just want to face fuck these average pornstars they don’t want a serious relationship, the only dating material for men now is a blonde blue eyed 18 yo barbie doll
You see it every time toward actors
Man with crows feet? Can still be considered handsome
Man with a beer belly, no lips and a big nose? Can still be considered handsome
However a woman just have to be ANYTHING LESS THAN PERFECT, and I hear “yeah she’s alright.. but!”
Yeah your just bitter and lashing out.(Are you the same anon that does this every few months? I think so, yeah, you talk exactly like the other ones and throw out the same two names. Haven't you moved on yet?).

Your a female incel, the difference between you and the male incels is that at least the male incels have a kernel of truth in their argument and yours, well doesn't. The reason why men don't approach you is probably because you hate them and are bitter and they can sense that and don't want to deal with that (who would?). Be less miserable and you will be more approachable.
Well no most guys on here are below the average guy. You gotta remember that this place attracts incels or MGTOW or white knight virgin men. Not your average everyday male who experiences women in the real world. The guys who get on here live in fantasy land. That's why when I post pics of females I've actually been with who wouldn't give them the time of day they think those women are so unattractive. Because in their fantasy mind they are. But if they were to see these women in person they wouldn't have the 🥜 to even say anything.
Now all that said, Miranda Kerr has never been attractive to me 🤷♂️. I'm sorry. She just isn't. Nor Lima. I'm attracted to other models like Barbara Palvin. Megan was attractive but I think she had plastic surgery on her face or something.
Yes. I understand that you don’t see them as the pinnacle of beauty ( everyone have different tastes) but let’s be honest, you hardly see women with a level of beauty like them in real life, and if you felt that you had a chance to get a girlfriend who look like them then you would probably immediately forget about your preferences. I personal don’t consider Shawn Mendez to be THE HOTTEST MAN on earth, but if a guy like him approached me then I hardly think I will feel like I « settled » 😂
Well make no mistake about it... I've been with some hot ass women. Mexican, Asian, Puerto Rican, middle eastern, etc. Etc.
@Red_Dragon What makes you think Miranda or Adriana would be attracted to you either? I doubt Adriana or Miranda would find you attractive either?
@Red_Dragon Adriana and Miranda probably wouldn’t find you attractive either and both of them are already married, have children and are millionaires. They probably wouldn’t care what you think.

Some people think it somehow makes them special when they decide to go agaisnt common sense and describe a good looking person as ungly or strong person as weak.
In fact that makes them look like the stuck up idiots they usually are.
Sure Meghan Fox has deteriorated over the years but even now she's still super hot it's not like she looks like a had. I'm pretty tons of people wish they looked like her. Same goes for the rest.
Ikr lmao. I see many guys nitpicking her and other famous bombshells as if they ever had a chance with them which is kinda funny. She can not be their types ofc cause they may have a thing for blondes or darker women, but saying that she’s not conventionally attractive Is exaggerating. I hardly thing that a guy will feel like he “settled” if he ever end up marrying a woman who look like her, even tho she wasn’t what he would describe as an IDEAL woman
*i hardly think
No. Social media has nothing to do with it. This has been screwed up since the ancient times. We just escalated it and made it worse. And now modern tech allowed us to peruse unhealthy lifestyles, ideologies, belief systems and unreachable unrealistic expectations for ourselves. People don't know how to really love themselves anymore, and the higher-ups decide what is considered beautiful and what isn't. It's a reflection of not just society but ourselves.
Yes!!! Super models, actors and actresses have change peoples way of dressing and how everyone should look like. Media has so much that it only allows the world to see the perfect person, when we as the normal ones are just us being the best we can be in looks and what we wear. I see some but not all in society getting influenced by the way famouse people present themselves, which its all acting the part they are supposed to do, so yes it has effected our beauty standards.
Meh, Orlando Bloom and Megan Fox are good looking- but I guess everyone has their own tastes, I don't think social media is to blame for that, but it just comes down to people having their own tastes and preferences. After all, beauty is subjective, one person's beautiful may be another person's ugly.
Perhaps, but for me, as soon as I find out about some idiotic stunt someone did, I remember it pretty much forever and it makes it impossible for me to look past.
And let's be honest- celebrities aren't actually special people at all, and they do stupid sh*t all the time like it's cool.
Just because you want to bang some girl you idolize, doesn’t mean we have to follow your standards. We like what we like. That’s up to us as individuals. Get over it. It’s always been that way, you’re just more exposed to men’s opinions rather than being completely controlled by the mystique of fashion advertising targeted at women to sell clothing, shoes, makeup, etc.
Uh Megan Fox *USED TO BE* hot. That's why we don't say that she currently IS any more. She hasn't been hot for years.
Anyway, no, social media simply ramped up the issues we have with beauty (as in, that every one of us wants to be beautiful, inherently) that we already had there. Fashion and celebrity magazines have existed for kind of a long time.
They say the same things about a pic of her from 2009 when she was in Jennifer’s body ( which was in my opinion her best years). She only aged badly because of the amount of cosmetic surgeries she had.
Correct. That's exactly my point. "They say the same things about a pic of her from 2009" uhh... a few guys saying something about ONE PIC of Megan Fox during her hot years doesn't mean anything. Yes, 2007-2010 was when she was hot. And all the cosmetic surgery stuff hindered her, along with reproducing.
Yes I think social media kinda messed up with beauty standards. Nowadays all we see are girls full of makeup and big lips and there's actually nothing wrong with that. What is wrong is when certain men expect us to look like that too and when some girls feel so inferior just because they don't look like these people on social media and aspire to be like them.
Yes but that's more filters. People use to say that supermodels air brushed created an unrealistic standard of beauty but now it's that average girl you knew from school who suddenly "looks great" and "If they can look that way what's wrong with me" simple answer, they dont look that way.
Same with "Keeping up with the Jones's" people think others lives are amazing adventure filled things compared to yours but you dont see the actual life they lead.
no... its easy to blame social media but the simple fact is that the media in general was guilty of it well before the internet came along... marylin monroe killed herself because she was made to feel washed up as she aged by the gutter press
That's aesthetic beauty, it isn't the same as biological attraction. Some people make a nice picture, but that doesn't make them physically attractive in real life. Pheromones enhance the beauty that is already there. Not everyone agrees on aesthetic beauty either, symmetry is a plus, but different people like different qualities. Pheromonal attraction is even more specific, it narrows to select genetically compatible individuals.
They are just capping out of their ass. They know for a fact, theyd wife these girls if these girls showed interest in them
The use of filters on it did.
social media, hookup culture and dating apps like tinder. ruined how people view others in a big way.
Miranda is average
Adrian lima isn't that attractive
Megan Fox got some surgery or something she don't look right. she used to be hot in transformers 1
People are the media, and the media are the people.
Who cares what random guys think. Do you think you’re pretty or not?
I really think it does.
Insta can be toxic and it really affected my self esteem to see people that seem sculpted by the gods themselves.
No, women have been doing that on their own for hundreds of years long before "social media".
I never paid much attention to Victoria Secret models but I thought Megan Fox looked pretty attractive in Transformers movies I have seen of her.
Attraction is subjective though. I am one of those men who does not find Barbara Palvin physically attractive although it seems like a lot of people on this website do. I keep seeing people post her pictures on here and say she is the prettiest VS model.
I do not understand the hype.
Beauty is subjective.
I saw another person here write he finds Barbara Palvin attractive but I personally do not think her face is that great looking.
Somebody who is pretty to me would be a younger version of Monica Bellucci.
Also I am not a fan of any VS models. Do not follow any of them on Instagram but I do like the perfume they sell.
i think they just want to feel better about themselves maybe
Beauty is in eye of beholder. You can only know this if you have life experience
Well maybe for other people. I don't use social media that much anyways.
So my standards are relatively the same.
I dont think Orlando bloom is good looking. Never did. I dont think that has anything to do with social media. People just like who they like.
For me it was fucked up already in the beginning...
Megan Fox, Miranda Kerr and Adrianna Lima aren't hot? REALLY? They literally get paid millions of dollars for giving millions of men erections and making millions of women jealous.
social media, beauty mags, makeup advertisements. All of it..
Yes... Too much makeup and painful surgeries. I don't blame them really. To few, it's survival.
Beauty is subjective and most models probably do not look as great as you originally thought without all the makeup and photoshopped, retouched and edited pictures.
Who cares?
Everyone has different opinions about what is pretty. I have heard some people say red hair is the prettiest but I personally do not like red hair.
It messed up more than just beauty standards.
Messed up people messed it up
Media of all types has messed it up
Absolutely!!!
Nope.
Yes.
It definitely did
