I don't think short hair suits your face.

When I think of (East) Asian women who wear their hair short, their faces tend to share similar features. Here are some examples of East Asian women with short hair:

In my opinion, you look better with long hair, rather than short.
And that's fine. Many women do not have the facial structure to make them stand out from the crowd when sporting short hair.

You might want to consult with a hair stylist and get their opinion on a particular cut that you might be able to carry off.

To be honest it would matter if you were bald your hair is beautiful long or short , and that's because of the beauty with in just pours out of you it flows all around you it pulls me in wanting to feel more the more I feel the more I see on the inside that's who you really are it's not your hair even tho it's so very beautiful it doesn't make you who you really are now if I had a say in it I would say grow it to your butt. ,, but that's what I like ,, and the only thing that matter is what you like

Yes I can and I think you'd look super cute depending on the style you chose to go for. But i honestly think you shouldn't cut it. I'm liking this long hair look on you. It's very feminine. Aims towards pretty rather than cute. Both are good options. I just like what you have going on with your current look. I dont think you should change it.

No, don't do it.  Long hair that's healthy can be an indicator of good health. Short hair rounds faces more, and most people don't like that. They want to look slim, elongated.

No, short hair would be a real disservice to you.
I had a girlfriend with a physique similar to yours and, once she got short hair, it seriously impacted my attraction to her. Thankfully, she grew it out.
