Absolutely no hair is unusual. I'd prefer hairy arms and legs. A little chest hair, at least. If you naturally have no hair, that's one thing. Removing it all however, IS excessive to me.

But some women like it "manscaped" and others like "bears". This may fall along age lines (younger women like it manscaped) or ethnic background (Asian women like it less hairy). Others may like reciprocity, that is. they will go bare down yonder if you do.
