Ok, the first thing that I taught my daughter is that life is not fair. It is something that you should learn, the sooner the batter. You can be a fair person but life is not fair. The second thing I taught her is, nothing is free. Someone had to pay for the thing that was given to you for free so it is not free, just free to you.
Your mother might be trying to protect you because she had bad experiences with men when she was younger. She is not trying to punish you. You are young. Life is a marathon and those that sprint, don't finish well. I know you are feeling frustrated but you will grow into a beautiful young woman. Being patient is also good to discover. Good luck.
Its not a question of "if it is fair". I presume you ask this question because the other girls you know that your age are allowed to wear makeup, right?
Why doesn't you mom allow you to wear makeup? What is her reason / argument?
If you just want to try it out as you say. Why dont you ask your mom to apply makeup to you at home?
What is the oldschool way? But understand me right. If you confront her like this for example: "Hey mom since you dont allow me to wear makeup myself, why dont you show me how you use makeup at home. this would create some mother daughter thing overtime. I bet she will be more open for you wearing makeup and let you have makeup when seeing friends.
She is worried about you but I think she should let you have that freedom of expression.
I have to be honest, but I think you look better without the makeup.

Controlling parents are bad for. mental. health... you will grow. up with mental. problems like I did... Parents like that are basterds... You should be free to live your own life however you want.. tell her to fuck off and wear up makeup anyway... Are you gonna be a rebel or a pushover who people walk all over?
Fuck her... Wear makeup anyway... It's your life not hers
Yes it’s wrong for her to stop you.
make up etc is a right of passage and is fun to explore and become an individual.
Do you have makeup if you do how pissed off would she get if you put on the makeup the way you would want to wear it and tell her what you look like and say mom look this is all I want to do I just want to be a girl and feel like a girl
Probably not. I don't see a problem with it, as long as you don't get carried away. I knew a young woman (18-19) at university whose boyfriend had never seen her without her makeup on.
Is that you in the picture?
If it is, I am amazed she let get a nose ring.
Oh!!!
Well you are 15 so I guess technically you should be able to wear makeup but i do kinda see your moms point
And it also might depend on the type of makeup, did she say no makeup at all
Wear it anyway and just take it off before you see her again.
I think if it's subtle it shouldn't be an issue at all.
Make up has always been for prostitutes. Like those guys who wear those glasses that hide their eyes. Untrustworthy
it's bad for your skin anyway.
But she allows piercings and fake lashes?
If you use your eyes even slightly you can see that the girl is the photo is an entirely different person from the girl in the profile picture, so obviously this is just being used as illustration for the question.
If you use your brain even slightly, you might consider that she didn't have her pfp up at the time she posted.
If you had any sort of object permanence you might remember having seen her photo before, since she posts regularly
Or perhaps I've never seen this person post ever. You sure make a lot of assumptions.
Bruh you literally just said she didn't have a pfp before when she definitely did don't try to high ground me xD
Are you purposely this dense, or is it an accident?
Nah just admit you saw two non white women of similar skin tone and just thought they were the same person 😂😂
Oh my God I'm so sorry. You could have just said "accidental".
It's fair - you are only 15.
Not fair. What's her point of view? Why not?
haha she doesn't want you seducing boys.
Not fair at all
