Alain Delon, Gal Gadot, the kardashian, my cousins jacob and curtis all have medium complexions. So they can change?

Most people get a tan, when they're exposed to UVA radiation, which is highest during summer because the sun is high in the sky.. UVA rays penetrate to the lower layers of the skin, where they trigger cells called to produce melanin (the brown pigment that causes tanning).
Most skin tones in the Fitzpatrick scale can get a tan, except for people with very light skin. People with very light skin (types I and II) make very little melanin in their melanocytes, and have very little or no ability to produce melanin in the stimulus of UV radiation. This can result in frequent sunburns and a more dangerous, but invisible, damage done to connective tissue and DNA underlying the skin.
I don't see what someone's diet has to do with it, that's the first time I hear about it
What do you think is the most beautiful skin tone anyways?
All skin tones are beautiful
I have an olive skin tone with yellow hues. When I was younger my Father and I would have competitions to see who could get darker from the sun. As I got older, I realized sun exposure was not too smart. As I shied away from the sun my skin got lighter and I started to burn, which I had never done before. I don't think it had anything to do with diet.
Yeah, that happens to me lol. Like, my natural skin tone is a golden olive sought of skin tone. Winter and limiting my sun exposure will eventually make my skin go porcelain.(literally snow white) I tan evenly and pretty quickly when it gets pretty hot outdoors. I don't burn for some reason. I guess it is just genetic luck lol.
