I don't think she's beautiful, I don't think she's ugly either. I have no idea who she is, so for me I can't see her one or the other. But I'm a weirdo apparently, but either way is true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder since my definition of beauty is clearly different than most. Regardless though, society is stupid, just stupid period. Best to listen to them as little as possible really.
Because every individual person is unique and yeah we might all agree that X person is attractive or good looking but it doesn’t mean we can’t find beauty in other things.
I have a thing for dudes with eyepatches. That isn’t considered a beauty standard. So beauty is still in the eye of the beholder.
Beauty is beauty, there's such a thing as being naturally beautiful. Whether it's women, or things in nature, artwork, and otherwise. People may say it to communicate the idea that some may see one thing as beautiful, where others do not. But, the thing is, there is such thing as being naturally beautiful. Whether or not others can see it for a variety of reasons, that is the question.
Go down to Baskin-Robbins. They have thirty one flavors for a reason. The overwhelming number of people are getting the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. The majority of people agree that this is the ice cream they want. However, sometimes somebody gets the butter pecan. This is the ice cream flavor that person wants despite not being in the majority.
There are obviously trends, there will be done generally accepted ideas of pretty cause in the end, we are all human. But the thing is that there's always exceptions. 99% of the population can think someone's pretty but there might 1% that doesn't and vice versa.
This is a classic nature vs nurture question. There are biological traits that are considered beautiful such as clear skin, symmetrical features, and golden ratios. Basically traits that signify health and other biological factors that signify a good potential mate. Then there are the influences of social beauty standards and the impact that they have on society. If you were to look back 70 years ago they were running ads on how to gain weight not lose it.
It is just like there is no such thing as having good taste or bad taste about something. You just have a taste. To some, it will be good; to others, you have "no taste".
By having a taste, I mean for example: "you have a good taste in selecting furniture".
That is why, everything should be termed a "preference", including beauty, ethnicity, cultural origin.
It is true that there is a general standard of beauty set by society which changes with time but there are always outliers who have their own taste and even among the less extreme outliers there are many who will develop their own criteria for what is attractive.
If that's what you find attractive then so be it. People have different taste... It seems more like you are insecure because people don't agree with you and you aren't getting enough validation, so you have resorted to campaign to promote your perceived beauty standard. By the very fact that you have to work to advertise your beauty standard proves that it is not universal. If it was, it would sell itself.
Because a lot of people tend to agree. Maybe it's because of our anatomy/biology, maybe we're inclined to like certain things. Buy if a single person disagrees, that proves it is in the eye of the beholder. Beauty is commonly agreed upon, but not objective.
For me beauty is subjective. You can grow close to someone less attractive by societal standards and see that they are incredibly beautiful. A person can be gorgeous on the outside and incomplete or unattractive on the inside. I mean physical beauty is one thing, but for most humans, more is needed to complete a true relationship and so people will look past beauty to find the deeper attraction.
It is in the eye of the beholder because you always find some weird person who tells you that someone like Aishwarya Rai or Neha Sharma looks weird. I literally just talked to one such person and it left me bewildered. Is it about beauty being subjective or discrimination based on the country of origin?

Well, that really depends a lot on the person. My crush, she's not exactly the kind of girl 90% of the guys define as “hot”, she doesn't have big boobs, or a kim kardashian-like ass, I've seen girls with such things in college, however I like my crush a lot 😍😍😍
The majority of majority of society DON'T agree on what's beautiful. They are TOLD what is "beautiful" based on standards that fashion and art dictate. And that is based on what has the most marketable "sex appeal" to it.
I can't say much more other than what's already been said (this is gonna sound ironic) but yeah I agree with a lot of the comments below lol. The vast majority of people would rather have things depicted for them instead of thinking for themselves. Being an outlier is never easy... which is why those who tend to think outside of the norm are either admired significantly, or hated for being different.
The majority doesn't agree on what's most beautiful. But social consensus is made by what societies agrees on. It's even more telling where they spend their money, time, attention and effort on than what they say it's good. (be it for beauty or otherwise.)
As much as how the society claims that “beauty is in the eye of beholder”, the truth is there are some features/looks that are considered to be globally attractive by our standards whether we realise it or not.
A way where you can't deny a truly beautiful person? Beauty is never a fact, it's always an opinion. I don't find Alexandra Daddario beautiful but you might think her beauty is undeniable.

There is a lot of individual taste involved in what is beautiful. For instance, I've never considered Angelina Jolie to be exceptionally beautiful.
The common factors are usually nice clear skin, symmetry, proportionate body, healthy appearance, angular features.
It is true that there is a general standard of beauty set by society which changes with time but there are always outliers who have their own taste and even among the less extreme outliers there are many who will develop their own criteria for what is attractive.

@NathanDavis surprised pikachu face? 😂
haha, yes...
her eyes are awesome, but that's all it takes for me... lol
Health is the beginning of beauty, and it ends in subjectivity.
