Who else planned to undergo plastic surgery?

I had done lipo on arms ( removed some fat) and result is good I feel a lot comfortable wearing short sleeved shirts. It kind of changed my life tbh.
Now I’m Planning on changing my eyes , nose and face shape.

I’m Looking for some friends here talking about it and sharing opinions because it’s hard to find people who would admit they did in real life.

Be careful with the nose. That can either be an amazing thing that makes you hot or make you look like a ghoul if done wrong. Make sure you do a lot of research, speak to multiple doctors and their past work, and don’t be pushed or rushed into anything. Removing fat from arms is an extremely basic non-invasive surgery. That’s my only advice.

Only pathetic insecure people get things done when there was nothing medically wrong in the first place. The only time I'll have respect for someone going under the knife ( getting plastic surgery) is when it's medically necessary, like breathing problems or disfigurement from an acid attack.

I had a friend that made her nose smaller and she loved it. But I personally liked the way her nose was before and I always think that people should learn to love themselves and their bodies vs doing any kind of surgery
