I'm a 16 year old girl. I have had horrible acne in the past, and I'm currently on treatment. It's much, much better as a result, but I'm still very insecure about it. Everyone tells me my skin has gotten much better, but i don't believe them. Similarly, when people tell me I'm pretty and cute, I'm like "Do they not see the pimples on my face? " I think i have body dysmorphia or something
People can already see you have acne, and rather than say something rude or insensitive, they rather be nice. It should speak volumes when someone does see past an imperfection.

I sincerely hope you have a good Dermatologist, as I want through the same thing.
Probably because they can see past the acne, I mean, it ain't really that big of a deal
Stop eating sugar, it is hard but it will benefit you A LOT.
