Probably need to pick up an appropriate watch to compliment the suit.

Those are business suits not cop interview suits. I have no idea what cops wear for an interview, but I doubt it's more than casual cheap suits. I assume they do wear suits though.
For engineering interviews I quit wearing suits altogether. I'd just wear blue jeans and a button up shirt. I got in that habit in the late 90s. The only time I've worn suits since then were at funerals. But I've quit wearing them there also.
Having said that, I like the second suit best. It looks sharp, maybe because it's the only three-piece of the lot. The trend moved away from three-piece suits. Maybe it will move back again. I think they look so much nicer.
If you dress too sharp for this interview, you may look like you would not be a good fit with regular cops becaus emost of them are not particularly great dressers.
That's kind of a shame.
Nothing says "high maintenance/high risk" employee candidate like one who spends $2,000-3,000 on a suit. Worry about expressing, not impressing for an interview, especially for a public service job.
You really think they'll think that? 🤔
There’s a good chance of it, and I wouldn’t recommend taking that chance. There’s an equal chance your interviewers won’t be able to tell the difference between a high-end label suit and a JC Penney suit on sale for $179. Just dress conservatively and wear something that fits.
I'm into fashion and this kind of stuff so it's not just for the interview.
I like the idea of standing out in this way
Boosts confidence, positivity, etc
Also, I can use it for more than just the interview.
I actually hope no one else dresses like this lol.
I think it adds some personality to myself
I agree with @LuvMeSomeBoys. The suits in your picture are awesome, but you're not interviewing for the Police Commissioner job, are you? Buy the suit for yourself if you like it, wear it at other times, but something less flashy at the interview. Yes, they will really think that. The police will want you to be relatable to other police officers and the area in which you work. The suits in your picture, while awesome, scream wedding, or wall street, or lobbying firm/Capitol Hill. I'd go with slacks, a button down shirt and, if you feel you must, a well fitted sports coat.

Any of them will be fine.
It doesn't have to an expensive suit.
Are you applying for a Detective position?
Good luck with your interview.
Stay calm.
For the police department? Go to Goodwill and spend $20 on a suit. They aren’t expecting you to wear something like that.
That’s more a suit you buy if interviewing for partner at a law firm.
The last suit is smacking.. Must have some good money saved up to be spending almost thousands of dollars on a suit for an interview.. The first or last suits looks business like..
i think you'd need to dress down for that interview. it's always best to dress for the job.
Wait, both sentences you wrote just contradicted each other lol..
I don't think it's necessary to get that dressed up for a interview. Maybe just a nice button down shirt
You need to look more redneck, not more presentable, for a US police interview.
It's always the anonymous "warriors"
There's no way you talk like this in people's faces.
I don't think that they're going to look at you and go "wow he's wearing Ralph Lauren let's choose him".
I don't think that they are looking for a dress-man :)
They say always wear grey or navy blue for a job interview. Never wear black. If that makes your choice bit easier. Best of luck.
Uh, you might want to think about a different career.
No..
I thought you wanted to take on fights a police career is full-time.
Something about the last one evokes responsibility and discipline to me.
Maybe the last one
2nd one looks hot and like japanese lol
