No, at some point inappropriate and stupid needs to be pointed out. There is no functional purpose for a girl to hang her ass cheeks out... apart from attention. It does not mean they need to be a victim of sexual harassment... but that choice of clothing will upset some people who do not wish to see their butt cheeks or their genitals hanging in public view.

You do so, and right as you’re getting up to leave, the same girls walk right past you, and are leaving too, so you have to follow them and their ‘fat asses’ all the way out to the car, and as you open the door to get in you can hear your wife as she makes an incredibly loud and angry comment about how much of a pervert you are and how you humiliated her, and as you go to shut the door you hear the group of girls giggling loudly. You know you’re the joke.

I have worn shorts like that in two types of situations. The first is at the beach or a similar setting like at a big neighborhood pool, and in that situation it's mainly bc my girlfriends are also dressed that way and nobody wants to be the boring one. I still do that sometimes.

The other reason is bc I was in an unhealthy relationship and was pushed to dress as skimpy as possible so I ended up in all kinds of situations w this kind of shorts and a lot of times tight bare midriff tops etc. That was age 18 to 19.
