I went to a party recently, and one thing that kinda surprised me was how the Indian women and Middle Eastern women were wearing conservative clothes, and white women, East Asian women were wearing more skimpy clothes such as booty jeans shorts, bikini tops, etc. Granted this was only people in the younger generation and above, but it was just weird to me.
In general Western Europe, USA, Canada, Australia are more liberal than any other parts of the world when it comes to skimpy clothes and its probably more common to see women wearing skimpy outfits in these places but I noticed some East Asian countries such as China Taiwan Vietnam Thailand Philippines are catching up with Western Europe, USA, Canada, Australia in terms of wearing skimpy outfits. Wearing skimpy outfits to attract attention and be sexy is nothing new, but it just seems there's more of an emphasis now than ever in certain east Asian countries I've mentioned. I noticed here has been an increase in the number of younger east Asian women wearing skimpy outfits over the last few years
I asked Indian women and Middle Eastern about this subject, and they said it’s something about how this is the custom now. Why do Indian women and Middle Eastern still have to stick to the tradition, whereas white women, east Asian women have more freedom to wear whatever they want.
